Capabilities

Engineering, end to end

Architecture, delivery, and operations under one roof — scoped around the system you actually need, not a package we happen to sell.

01

Software engineering

Custom applications and services written to your requirements — tested, reviewed, documented, and built to be handed over.

Web apps APIs Services
02

Systems architecture

Designing systems that still hold up when the data, the load, and the team around them have all grown.

Architecture Scale Reliability
03

Technology consulting

Independent assessment, roadmaps, and the difficult calls — build versus buy, rewrite versus refactor, now versus later.

Audits Roadmaps Due diligence
04

Application development

Customer-facing and internal applications across web and mobile, built so your team can keep changing them without us.

05

Cloud & platform engineering

Infrastructure, pipelines, and observability, so deploying is routine and you find out about problems before your customers do.

Data & integration

Connecting the systems you already pay for, moving data reliably between them, and automating the work people do by hand.

What we build

Systems, not just screens

Whatever the surface, the fundamentals are the same: correct, observable, maintainable, and built so your team can change it later without calling us first.

Platforms & internal systems

Operations tooling, client portals, admin systems — the software your business actually runs on, replacing the spreadsheet everyone is quietly afraid of breaking.

Customer-facing applications

Web applications, storefronts, and marketing sites that load fast, get found, and hold up under the traffic you are hoping for rather than the traffic you have.

APIs, services & integrations

The plumbing between systems that were never designed to talk to each other — versioned, monitored, and resilient to the failures that happen at three in the morning.

Mobile applications

Native and cross-platform apps for customers and for field teams, built against the same backend as everything else rather than as an island.

Why Dabish

Senior engineers, start to finish

The person you meet on the first call is the person who designs the system and writes the code. No handoff to a junior team once the contract is signed, and no account manager relaying questions in both directions.

  • Scope you can read

Plain-language proposals with the architecture, the deliverables, the timeline, and the price in one place.

  • Engineered for what comes next

Testing, security, performance, and accessibility are part of the build — not a phase that gets cut.

  • Yours to keep

The code, the infrastructure, and the accounts we create for your project belong to you.

  • We stay on after launch

Production support, monitoring, and continued delivery, so the system keeps improving instead of decaying.

01
Architecture first We understand the system before we open an editor
02
One senior team No handoff to a different team after the pitch
03
Working software early A running environment from the first delivery cycle
04
Documented handover You could run it in-house tomorrow if you wanted
How it works

Four stages, no mystery

You always know what is happening, what is next, and what we need from you.

  1. 01 01

    Assess

We learn the business, the systems already in place, and the constraints around them. You leave with a written recommendation whether or not you hire us.

    • Goals, users, and real constraints
    • Audit of the existing systems and code
    • Written recommendation and scope
  2. 02 02

    Architect

Structure before interface. Decisions get written down with the tradeoffs attached, so nobody has to reconstruct the reasoning a year later.

    • System, data, and integration design
    • Interfaces and the flows through them
    • Technology decisions, with the reasoning
  3. 03 03

    Build

Delivery in short cycles against a running environment, so there are no surprises waiting at the end of the engagement.

    • A live environment from the first cycle
    • Automated tests and review on every change
    • Performance and security handled as you go
  4. 04 04

    Operate

Deployment, monitoring, and continued delivery — plus a handover thorough enough that you are never dependent on us.

    • Deployment, observability, and alerting
    • Documentation and a working walkthrough
    • Ongoing support and iteration
Engagements

Three ways to work with us

Every engagement is scoped after an assessment call, so the number reflects the actual system rather than a guess. These are the shapes that scope usually takes.

Project

A defined build with a fixed scope and an end date.

  • Architecture, scope, and timeline agreed before work starts
  • Design, build, integration, and deployment included
  • Documentation and handover at the end
  • Support arrangement optional afterwards

Advisory

A second opinion from people who build the thing.

  • Independent assessment of your systems and codebase
  • Architecture and scaling review
  • Technical due diligence ahead of an investment or acquisition
  • Roadmap and build-versus-buy guidance
Questions

Good to know

What kinds of work do you take on?

Custom software and web applications, internal platforms and operations tooling, APIs and integrations between systems, mobile applications, cloud infrastructure, and the technical advisory work around all of it. If you are not sure whether your project fits, ask — we will tell you honestly.

How long does an engagement take?

It depends entirely on the system. A focused integration or a marketing site is typically a matter of weeks; a platform or a custom application is measured in months. You will have a written timeline before any work starts, and we will tell you early if something puts it at risk.

How does pricing work?

Project work is quoted after an assessment call, so the number reflects the real system rather than a guess. Embedded and advisory engagements are billed on an agreed monthly basis. We will walk you through which model fits before anything is signed.

Can you take over something another team built?

Often, yes — it is a large share of what we do. We will audit what exists and tell you plainly whether it is better to stabilise it, extend it, or replace it. A rewrite is not always the answer, and we would rather say so than sell you a project you do not need.

Do you work with clients outside San Diego and Detroit?

Yes. We are headquartered in San Diego with a satellite office in Detroit, and we work remotely with clients across the country. Most collaboration happens over video calls and a shared repository and project space.

What happens after launch?

You can take everything in-house, or keep us on for production support, monitoring, and continued delivery. Either way the work is documented and handed over properly — the goal is that you have the option, not that you are stuck with us.
